Center Manager – STEAM Learning Center

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Center Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth of Kidsity, Oman’s leading STEAM education centre. The role combines operational leadership with business development to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for children aged 4‑16.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day centre activities including classes, bookings, walk‑ins and staff scheduling.
• Drive revenue by building partnerships with schools, organising events, birthday parties and workshops.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and maintain an active presence on social media platforms.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive experience for parents and children.
• Plan and promote weekend activities, camps and special programmes.
• Maintain quality standards and smooth scheduling of instructors.
• Track expenses, sales and prepare weekly performance reports.
