About the role

You will be a practitioner on Intellect’s telehealth platform, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance remote position offers flexible business hours and can complement an existing job or private practice.

Key responsibilities

Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (or onsite) mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
Collaborate with the internal clinical team and suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
Minimum 300 clinical hours post‑master’s.
Proficiency in English and the local language.
Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
Willingness to work onsite if needed is a plus.
