Coating Inspector – Experienced

About the role

We are seeking experienced Coating Inspectors to join our maintenance projects across the GCC and Middle East. The role involves inspecting coatings on underground pipelines, storage tanks, wells and offshore facilities for oil & gas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform coating inspection duties as directed by the Superintendent’s Representatives.
• Verify compliance with relevant coating and lining codes and standards.
• Inspect and document the condition of coatings and wrappings applied to protect against corrosion.
• Report findings and recommendations to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• AMPP or NACE CIP Level 2 certification.
• Minimum eight years of coating inspection experience in the oil & gas industry.

Required skills

• Coating inspection techniques for underground piping, storage tanks, wells and offshore facilities.
• Knowledge of coating and lining codes and standards.
• Experience with various protective coatings and wrappings.
