Collection Executive – Receivables Management

About the role

We are seeking a Collection Executive to oversee customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely receipt of funds. The role involves close collaboration with the Accounts and Sales teams to resolve billing issues and maintain healthy cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls, emails and messages to remind them of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments and customer accounts.
• Prepare and share payment reminders and collection statements.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers when required.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams to resolve billing and payment‑related issues.
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate long‑pending payments to management.
• Prepare regular collection reports and update the status of outstanding accounts.
• Ensure collection activities are performed professionally and in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable or a related role.
• Experience in Oman or the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and receivables.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
