Commercial Manager

About the role

As a Commercial Manager you will drive business growth and nurture strong relationships with government clients and key accounts. You will identify new opportunities, increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build, manage and expand relationships with government clients and key accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and corporate sectors.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, pricing offers and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management, business development or senior account management with direct revenue responsibility.
• Demonstrated success managing government accounts and building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of the local market and ability to develop business networks.
