Concrete Construction Supervisor – Oman

About the role

Lycopodium is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Supervisor to lead its concrete team on projects in Oman. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality concrete works while ensuring safety, schedule, and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources to maximise productivity of the concrete team.
• Monitor and control the quality of concrete works to meet project, client and regulatory standards.
• Track progress against the contract schedule and report any issues to the Construction Manager.
• Participate in weekly client meetings, providing updates on construction deliverables.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports and assist with monthly Project Progress Reports.

Required profile

• Technical certificate, diploma or higher qualification in construction management (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in civil/earthworks, preferably within mineral processing or related industries on international projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM contracts is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and HSE knowledge.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high‑quality outputs.
