About the role
An experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor is sought to supervise construction activities, manage workers and make sure work is completed according to drawings, plans, quality standards and project requirements. The position is based in Oman.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans, and ensure work follows approved drawings.
- Estimate and calculate the construction materials needed.
- Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with workers and management for a smooth workflow.
- Travel between multiple project sites when required.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.
- Complete assigned work within project timelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction.
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- Relevant construction or site supervision experience.
- Basic Arabic and English.
- Male, Indian nationality; age not specified.
