Corporate Lawyer (3-10 PQE) – Tax-Free Salary & Relocation Package

About the role

Join a leading law firm in the Middle East as a Corporate Lawyer, advising both domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. The position offers a tax‑free remuneration package and full relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate M&A and general corporate matters.
• Assist with private equity transactions, capital market deals, IPOs and rights issues.
• Support restructuring projects for corporate clients.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and related documentation.

Required profile

• 3 to 10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in M&A and general corporate work.
• Exposure to equity capital markets (ECM) and commercial contracts is advantageous.
• Qualified in the UK; candidates qualified in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the US are considered if they have 5+ years PQE.
• Background at an international law firm in the UK or overseas.
• Middle East experience is not required but would be a plus.
