Credit Controller & Billing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Credit Controller cum Billing Assistant to join the finance team of a leading international law firm in Muscat. You will play a key part in managing credit control processes, handling billing queries and supporting day‑to‑day finance operations in a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s credit control process and collect outstanding debts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to resolve billing queries efficiently.
• Support monthly credit control meetings and prepare related reports.
• Process invoices and assist with various billing activities.
• Provide cashiering and administrative finance support to the wider finance function.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Middle East and international finance teams.

Required profile

• Omani nationality (essential).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in credit control.
• Previous billing experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
