About the role
FedEx is seeking an Omani national to join its Customer Care team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers through various channels, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and quote requests.
- Manage complaints, issue resolution, and case management.
- Perform basic account creation, process onboarding, and hub operations support.
- Provide service recovery, proactive prevention, and claims handling.
- Escalate complex or escalated issues to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external standards while meeting deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team‑working and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies.
- Omani nationality (mandatory requirement).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC usage.
