Customer Service Executive

About the role

Step into a fast‑paced, customer‑first environment where every interaction matters. As a Customer Service Executive you will be at the heart of Snoonu’s CX operations, ensuring smooth, reliable and delightful experiences, especially during peak meal times.

Key responsibilities

• Restore customer trust by handling escalations across chat, social, email and high‑priority complaints quickly and consistently.
• Improve peak‑readiness with a locally based team that monitors demand spikes and coordinates immediate action across support, operations, product and marketing.
• Reduce reliance on a purely manual or remote setup for critical customer‑facing control.
• Create stronger visibility into customer pain points and feed insights into automation, product improvements and operational fixes.
• Build a scalable model where local oversight manages critical escalations while automation and external capacity handle transactional workload.
• Support the Pakistan Live CS team during peak days.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (food delivery, e‑commerce or call centre preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic (Khaleeji accent) and English.
• Strong communication skills – clear, calm and customer‑focused.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask and manage difficult conversations.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer systems.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
