Dental Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Dental Receptionist to join our clinic in Muscat. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and efficient experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Update patient records and maintain the reception area.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to support smooth clinic operations.
• Handle basic administrative duties and respond to patient inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat, remain professional under pressure and demonstrate reliability, organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Appointment scheduling and front‑desk management.
• Phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Basic knowledge of dental care processes and terminology.
• Familiarity with patient‑management or clinic software.
