Digital Channel Growth Lead

About the role

The Digital Channel Growth Lead will own the strategy and execution of mobile app growth and engagement, driving digital adoption and maximizing transaction volumes. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience through targeted digital campaigns and seamless in‑app interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Digital Channels & Emerging Tech growth roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, and engagement across digital channels, increasing transactions such as recharges, bill payments, and service usage.
• Design and run campaigns to convert non‑digital users, launch retention and re‑engagement initiatives, and reduce churn.
• Manage in‑app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and customer journeys using tools like CleverTap.
• Create personalized communication campaigns through segmentation and manage campaign journeys across multiple channels.
• Introduce gamification and engagement features to boost user experience and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and Marketing teams to deliver enhancements and ensure fast time‑to‑market.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintain vendor and partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience leading digital growth or engagement initiatives.

• CleverTap (digital engagement platform).
