Digital Delivery Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of digital solutions across OQEP, ensuring projects, platforms and enhancements are executed efficiently, securely and in line with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, platforms and enhancements across OQEP, ensuring alignment with IDS strategy, architecture standards and cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage cross‑functional project teams, vendors, solution architects and functional leads, establishing timelines, milestones and scope agreements.
• Oversee integration of digital solutions with IT, OT, SAP, cloud services, APIs and data pipelines while ensuring quality assurance, testing and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor performance, contractual SLAs and cost control in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery cycles, promote Agile and DevOps practices and support innovation pilots.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience delivering enterprise‑scale digital projects, cloud solutions or automation platforms, preferably in energy, oil & gas or large industrial environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage multiple complex initiatives and lead vendor relationships.

• Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
• DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Cloud architecture and enterprise application integration (IT, OT, SAP, APIs, data pipelines).
• Digital platform design, data governance and systems engineering principles.
