Digital Integration Expert – Fixed Contract

About the role

The Digital Integration Expert will lead the design and delivery of integrated digital systems that connect railway operational technology with enterprise applications. This role ensures that all interfaces, data flows, and governance frameworks are in place to support a data‑driven, safe, and efficient entry into service.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target digital architecture and integration roadmap across OT and enterprise systems.
• Develop interface specifications, integration standards and data exchange requirements.
• Lead integration design, coordination, testing and acceptance with suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage interface risks, dependencies and issues throughout implementation and cut‑over.
• Support commissioning, migration and go‑live of integrated digital systems before Entry into Service.
• Establish data governance, master data management and data quality arrangements.
• Enable reporting, dashboards and analytics for operations, maintenance and asset performance.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities, including testing, trial operations, training and resource mobilisation.
• Act as focal point for internal and external stakeholders on digital integration matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital integration projects in complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (e.g., train control interfaces, SCADA, condition monitoring).
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as EAM/CMMS, ERP and document management systems.
• Experience with data governance, master data management and analytics enablement.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across operations, maintenance, asset management and corporate functions.
