Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will own the commercial and operational performance of our remittance app in Oman, driving growth, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and a customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue and customer growth targets; manage pricing, exchange rates and liquidity partnerships.
• Monitor competitors and adjust pricing or campaigns to protect market share; coordinate roadshows and on‑ground marketing activities.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners and products; lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with legal and compliance.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, conduct UAT testing for new features and provide feedback to product and tech teams.
• Coordinate incident escalation, ensure 24/7 operational readiness and maintain service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital operations, fintech or remittance/payments (app‑based), with overall 10+ years preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working with product and technology teams, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational setting.
