Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will drive the commercial and operational performance of our remittance app in Oman, ensuring the product stays competitive, compliant and customer‑centric while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeted transaction volume, revenue and customer growth targets for the Oman market.
• Maintain competitive exchange rates and fees, liaising with treasury and liquidity providers.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing, proposing adjustments to protect market share.
• Plan and execute roadshows and on‑ground activities with Marketing to boost brand visibility.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners and products, driving incremental growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations, draft and finalize partnership agreements in collaboration with Legal/Compliance.
• Monitor and optimise the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Conduct UAT for new product launches and feature releases, providing feedback to Product and Tech teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6 years of digital operations, fintech or payments experience, ideally with app‑based products; overall 10 + years preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience building MIS dashboards and data‑driven decisions.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment with on‑call availability.
