Digital Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Operations Manager will own the commercial and operational performance of our remittance app in Oman, driving growth while ensuring compliance and a customer‑centric experience. You will act as the hub between Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted transaction volume, revenue, and customer growth targets.
• Maintain competitive exchange rates and fees, coordinating with Treasury and liquidity providers.
• Monitor competitors and adjust pricing, campaigns, and product features to protect market share.
• Plan and execute roadshows and on‑ground activities with Marketing to boost brand visibility.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners and products, leading commercial negotiations and drafting agreements.
• Oversee the onboarding‑to‑transaction funnel, conduct UAT for new releases, and provide feedback to Product and Tech teams.
• Manage incident escalation, ensure 24/7 operational readiness, and be on‑call for critical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3‑6 years of digital operations, fintech or payments experience, ideally with app‑based products; overall 10+ years is ideal.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience coordinating with Product and Tech teams, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational setting.
