Director of Marketing and Enrollment

About the role

The Director of Marketing and Enrollment will lead the school’s marketing and enrollment strategy, strengthening the brand and attracting target students while maximizing impact on parents and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing and enrollment plan.
• Oversee the call centre and customer‑support team handling inquiries.
• Manage digital marketing channels and social media presence.
• Supervise design, visual content creation, and field event organization.
• Monitor the admissions process to ensure an excellent parent experience.
• Build partnerships with external organisations to expand outreach.
• Prepare periodic performance reports on marketing and enrollment.
• Support impact‑maximisation goals through purposeful content and campaigns.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven ability to lead both digital and traditional marketing teams.
• High creativity with a deep understanding of parent audiences.
• Commitment to the Sakinah Quintet values and ability to convey them through content.
