Division Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Division Business Analyst to monitor financial performance, support profitability and cash generation initiatives, and provide analytical insights across the division. The role partners with business line leaders, finance teams, and senior management to drive data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report key performance indicators and business objectives across the division.
• Conduct detailed P&L analysis, profitability assessments and support cash generation initiatives.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Review tenders, bids and commercial proposals from a financial perspective.
• Drive working capital improvement activities and monitor cash conversion.
• Support governance by maintaining accounting policies, internal controls and delivering finance training.
• Lead special projects, process improvements and strategic assignments as directed by the Division Controller.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
