Drilling Material Coordinator (Offshore)

About the role

The Drilling Material Coordinator (Offshore) ensures the seamless flow of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from offshore drilling sites. This position works closely with offshore crews, shore‑based logistics, marine and helicopter teams to maintain accurate inventory and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore material logistics, including manifests, bunkering, back‑load operations, and equipment movements.
• Liaise with offshore teams, shore‑base logistics, marine, helicopter, and other material coordinators to guarantee smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
• Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and reconciliation of material movements, inventory records, and offshore stock levels.
• Manage Dangerous Goods handling, cargo documentation, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee material receiving, returns, and verification processes to support safe and efficient operations.
• Support offshore lifting and cargo handling activities and keep proper records for audit and reporting purposes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, with at least 3 years as a Drilling Material Coordinator.
• Valid OPITO BOSIET certification.
• Strong command of English for effective coordination across offshore and onshore teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications for reporting and documentation.
