Electrical Sales Manager – GCC Market

About the role

Marmul Falcon Trade & Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. The role focuses on expanding the company’s electrical trading portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout the GCC region.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customer demand.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure smooth order execution with procurement, logistics, finance, and management.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports.
• Travel across the Gulf region as required to meet customers and conduct market visits.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or trading, preferably within the Gulf/GCC markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and deliver results.
