Electrical Sales Manager – Trading

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Electrical Sales Manager with strong Gulf market experience to join our team. The role focuses on electrical trading, sales, and business development across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Gulf/GCC market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand market trends, customer demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with relevant teams.
• Monitor sales performance, market developments and business opportunities.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance and management to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and provide regular forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or trading.
• Strong experience in Gulf/GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Gulf trading environment and market dynamics.
• Existing network of customers and business contacts is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf region when required.
