Elevator Technician

About the role

2coms is hiring experienced Elevator Technicians for Oman. The role covers hands-on elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs across several brands and models. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems, good English and the ability to prepare maintenance and service reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of elevators across multiple brands
• Diagnose elevator faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Carry out emergency breakdown repairs and corrective maintenance
• Inspect elevator components to identify faults and potential safety issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of completed work
• Follow safety procedures, technical standards and maintenance guidelines

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in elevator maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Hands-on experience with different elevator brands and models
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication, verbal and written
• No specific age limit

Required skills

• Knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to prepare technical and maintenance reports

Salary: OMR 150 to 250 (37,000 to 62,000 per month).
