Email & Design Specialist (Klaviyo) – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking an Email & Design Specialist with strong Klaviyo experience to support multiple DTC e‑commerce brands. You will use AI‑enhanced tools to create, automate, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue, while collaborating with design and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns across several brands using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists, manage segmentation and monitor list health.
• Track and report key campaign metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain the email marketing calendar to align with promotional schedules.
• Design and develop email templates and layouts that follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently, communicate proactively and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for learning AI‑driven marketing solutions.
