Continuity Business Solutions (CBS) is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Merchant Acquisition Executive to join its Muscat office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a comprehensive learning experience, hands‑on mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth within a leading customer‑engagement firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new merchant partners for CBS’s loyalty and rewards platform.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with merchants.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover potential opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report on performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to merchants.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; a passion for sales and client relationship building is essential.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Valid Omani driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
