Executive Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Executive Butler leads the Butler program at St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to guests before arrival, throughout their stay, and at departure. As the department head, you will be the primary face of the Butler service, ensuring seamless experiences for VIP and repeat guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day Butler operations, including pre‑arrival coordination and Butler Service Desk management.
• Directly manage Butler team members – Butlers and Butler Valets – to maintain service standards that exceed guest expectations.
• Identify and build relationships with VIP and repeat guests, capturing preferences and anticipating needs.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality, especially for high‑profile visitors.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Continuously improve guest and associate satisfaction while optimizing departmental financial performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in Butler services, guest relations, or a related field, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Completion of a formal Butler training program.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering uncompromising service.
