Executive Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Executive Butler leads St. Regis’ iconic Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests throughout their stay. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the guest experience from pre‑arrival through departure, ensuring the Butler team consistently exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Butler services, including pre‑arrival coordination, Butler Service Desk operations, and on‑site guest interactions.
• Manage a team of Butlers and Butler Valets, conducting daily stand‑ups and performance reviews.
• Build relationships with VIP guests, capture preferences, and anticipate needs to provide seamless, confidential service.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate Butler services into the overall guest journey.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and departmental financial performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of Butler or guest‑relations experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Completion of a formal Butler training program.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and technology skills to manage a luxury service program.

Required skills

• Formal Butler training certification.
