Executive – Human Capital

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Executive – Human Capital to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay, supporting HR functions and enhancing colleague experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact, advising on policies, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and certificates, maintain audit‑ready records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, delivering a smooth experience for new and departing colleagues.
• Coordinate corporate learning initiatives, manage platforms such as Axonify, monitor training completion and generate development reports.
• Plan and execute colleague engagement activities, recognition programmes, CSR initiatives and maintain effective communication with department heads.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, coordinate VIP arrivals, oversee guest relations activities and support exceptional service standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or related field is desirable.
• 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in HR or hospitality.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally in the Middle East.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR documentation and compliance processes.
• Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Axonify).
