Executive - Human Capital

About the role

Jumeirah Muscat Bay, a luxury resort in a secluded cove at Bandar Jissah, is looking for an Executive - Human Capital. The role covers employee relations, HR administration, talent management, learning and development, colleague engagement and guest-related HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for colleagues, advising on HR policies, employment matters, performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and certificates, keep employee records audit-ready, manage purchase orders and office supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding so that new and departing colleagues have a smooth experience.
• Coordinate corporate learning initiatives, manage learning platforms such as Axonify, track training completion and learning hours, and generate reports.
• Plan and run colleague engagement activities, recognition programmes (Spirit of Jumeirah, Colleague of the Month/Year), CSR initiatives and departmental meetings.
• Maintain guest profiles, coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests, oversee guest relations activities, deliver VIP amenities on time and collect guest feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher education (essential); a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or a related field, with Business Studies and/or Business English (desirable).
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in HR or the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a multicultural environment, ideally in the Middle East, with a strong customer service mindset and experience supporting internal stakeholders and employees.
