Experienced HVAC Supervisor for Construction Projects

About the role

Sinclus is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead installation and maintenance activities on a construction project in Muscat. You will manage on‑site HVAC teams, ensure work meets project specifications, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning on the construction site.
• Coordinate daily site activities with other trades and project managers.
• Monitor compliance with Oman Labour Law, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, material requisitions, and documentation for hand‑over.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to field technicians.

Required profile

• 3‑year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
