Female Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated female fitness instructor to lead group classes such as aerobics, spinning and strength training for guests of all ability levels in Muscat. You will create a fun, safe environment while providing personalized exercise advice and support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group fitness classes (aerobics, spinning, strength training) for all fitness levels.
• Assess individual fitness levels and design personalized exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on proper use of fitness equipment and ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, well‑functioning recreational area and report equipment issues.
• Respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and follow emergency procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent guest service, including assistance for guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering group fitness classes.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Muscat.
