Field HSE Specialist I

About the role
We are looking for a Field HSE Specialist I to provide support and technical assistance to company and sub‑contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations required by both the company and its customers. The role involves regular travel to operational sites and frequent overnight stays, working on a 7‑day schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist personnel in the administration of health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Support compliance with company‑specific and customer‑specific regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure HSE procedures are correctly implemented.
- Travel to various operating locations and stay overnight as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and reporting.
Required profile
- Ability to work on a 7‑day schedule with frequent travel.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulatory frameworks.
- Effective communication with internal teams and subcontractors.
