Financing Representative – Credit & Business Development

About the role

The Financing Representative will drive financing sales, assess credit risk, and support business development across Oman. Reporting to management and collaborating with the Dubai‑based administrator, the role ensures compliant financing agreements and contributes to the growth of financing products.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financing sales activities, negotiate terms within approved limits, and monitor competitor offerings.
• Collect and evaluate credit information, prepare credit decisions, and recommend securities.
• Control financing agreements and related documents using a 4‑eye principle, ensuring proper dating, stamping, and legalization.
• Develop new financing products, maintain relationships with strategic partners, and support data sourcing for sales statistics.
• Proactively collect payments, manage non‑payer monitoring, handle legal issues, and follow up on guarantees.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in relationship building, financing, credit evaluation, or related business functions.
• Strong understanding of credit policies and ability to suggest policy adaptations.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
