Fulfillment Center Lead (Oman)

About the role

An experienced Fulfillment Center Lead is sought to oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations in Oman. The role leads warehouse teams, ensures efficient order processing, inventory accuracy and timely dispatch, and establishes scalable operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment center operations, including accurate picking, packing and same-day dispatch
• Manage inventory, stock receiving, cycle counts and stock accuracy
• Monitor order processing, backlogs and fulfillment SLAs
• Coordinate daily courier pickups and monitor delivery performance
• Lead and supervise storekeepers and e-commerce workers
• Establish and implement operational SOPs and improve warehouse efficiency
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Ensure fulfillment readiness during campaigns and peak sales periods

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse or e-commerce operations
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or a related field
• Experience with WMS / OMS and e-commerce platforms; Omniful and Salla are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
