Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, React, Node.js)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Full‑Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our product team. You will work closely with senior engineers to build, maintain, and scale modern web applications using a JavaScript‑first stack. This role offers hands‑on experience in a real production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js.
• Build and support backend services with Node.js and NestJS.
• Manage monorepos and shared libraries using Nx.
• Design, build, and integrate APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Develop and optimise data models and queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Implement caching and performance improvements with Redis.
• Containerise services and applications using Docker.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and conduct readable commits and pull‑requests.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Debug issues, write tests, and contribute to system stability and performance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience building web applications (professional or strong real‑world projects).
• Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with Node.js, NestJS and backend development concepts.
• Understanding of Nx or other monorepo setups.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices concepts.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and basic Redis usage.
• Comfortable with Docker and containerised applications.
• Proficient with Git version‑control workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, ownership mentality and clear communication.
