About the role
The bar team at St. Regis Al Mouj is looking for a full‑time bartender who can deliver high‑quality beverage service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders according to recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
- Open and serve wine or champagne bottles and maintain bar cleanliness.
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies, and manage bar inventory.
- Process all payment methods, count the bank at shift end and complete cashier reports.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine storage and perform closing duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of bartending or related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Drink preparation and garnish creation.
- Wine and champagne service.
- Cash handling and POS operation.
- Bar inventory management.
