Global Sales Director – Singapore Market Expansion Partner (Pharma & Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Global Sales Director to act as our Singapore Market Expansion Partner for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical supply‑chain sectors. This fully commission‑based position will lead the acquisition of international companies looking to establish or grow their presence in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract corporate members from SMEs, startups, family offices, investors and large corporations seeking market entry.
• Identify, engage and convert prospects through referrals, strategic partnerships and trade missions.
• Guide clients through end‑to‑end expansion services including company incorporation, work‑pass applications, talent acquisition, sales strategy and market networking.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve quarterly acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated professional comfortable working on a commission‑only basis.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within pharma, healthcare or medical supply‑chain markets.
• Strong understanding of Singapore and ASEAN market entry processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
