Graduate Environmental Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Environmental Engineer to join our Oman team. The role is designed for fresh graduates or engineers with up to one year of experience. Working under senior supervision, you will apply fundamental engineering principles while gaining practical exposure to civil engineering, industry standards, regulations and project execution practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day engineering activities, including field data collection and site observations.
• Prepare technical documents, reports and deliverables using standard templates.
• Participate in design reviews and peer checks, providing feedback on drawings and calculations.
• Assist in identifying technical issues, evaluating possible solutions and preparing recommendation reports for senior engineers.
• Contribute to environmental impact assessments and compliance monitoring as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (environmental, civil or related discipline).
• 0–1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes and industry practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and data analysis.
• Omani nationality, in line with the company’s ICV/Omanisation requirements.
