About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and move throughout the hotel.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct in all tasks.
