About the role
A confidential client in the healthcare sector is seeking an HR Director to lead HR operations, manpower planning and people governance across a multi‑site hospital network in the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee HR delivery across clinical and non‑clinical teams.
- Support recruitment, retention, compliance and employee relations.
- Partner with leadership on workforce sustainability and service expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Required profile
- 12+ years in HR, including healthcare‑sector experience.
- Strong multi‑site HR exposure preferred.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
