HR Trainer & Tutor – Oman HRM, GCC Practices, Malayalam

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer/Tutor to deliver practical, industry‑focused training on Oman HRM, GCC HR practices, and provide Malayalam‑language support. The role involves teaching labour law, visa processing, recruitment, payroll and related HR operations to learners seeking careers in the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training on Oman Labour Law, HR compliance and visa/immigration procedures.
• Teach recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll processing and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Explain GCC HR concepts and job‑search strategies, including mock interviews and CV optimisation.
• Provide Malayalam‑language instruction and support for HR concepts and workplace practices.
• Develop training materials, case studies, assessments and practical activities.
• Mentor students and guide them toward GCC HR career opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR training experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• Fluent in Malayalam with strong communication skills in English.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are a plus.
