About the role
The HSE Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering Health, Safety, and Environment training programs to employees, subcontractors, visitors, and other stakeholders. The role ensures compliance with company HSE standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct HSE induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Deliver safety training sessions covering Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Lifting & Rigging, Hot Work Safety, Electrical Safety, Permit to Work (PTW), Fire Prevention & Emergency Response, Incident Reporting & Investigation, Defensive Driving, and PPE Usage and Awareness.
- Identify training needs through site inspections, audits, and incident analysis.
- Develop and update HSE training materials, presentations, handouts, videos, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, examinations, and field observations.
