Human Resources Intern (6‑month program)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for a structured 6‑month program. This role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: post vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of employment letters and HR forms.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Help organize learning and development programs and training sessions.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and labor‑market trends.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
