Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to oversee the full spectrum of HR activities. The role involves managing recruitment, monitoring employee KPI submissions, handling attendance, and ensuring compliance with Omani labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates, schedule interviews, and forecast hiring needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Oversee attendance management and conduct background checks.
• Maintain and update employee records and KPI reports.
• Draft and issue offer, warning, and termination letters.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies across the organization.
• Stay current with changes in Oman labour laws and ensure organizational compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably within Oman.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Omani national, aged 35 or younger.
• Strong communication, ethical mindset, and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software, specifically ERP systems.
• Experience using SAP for HR processes.
