Information Security Third Party Risk Management Specialist

About the role

Deel is seeking an experienced Information Security Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist to lead and enhance its vendor risk management program. You will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with third‑party providers across a global ecosystem of SaaS, cloud, AI, and critical infrastructure partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes for third‑party security assessments.
• Manage compliance questionnaires, evaluate vendor security posture, and maintain audit trails.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into contractual language and risk mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize remediation and ensure ongoing monitoring of vendor risk.
• Provide security decision support and reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security risk management, specifically third‑party/vendor risk.
• Strong understanding of security assessment frameworks and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently, drive processes, and communicate findings clearly.
