Information Technology Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and a proven track record of delivering implementation projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that financial platforms are implemented, integrated, and optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for financial system implementation projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, UAT, training, and go‑live.
• Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and integration validation for financial applications.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focusing on financial systems.
• Proven experience delivering full‑lifecycle implementation projects, from discovery to post‑go‑live support.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile/Scrum, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
