Interior Designer – Sales (Luxury Tiles Showroom)

About the role

CASALUX is seeking an Interior Designer – Sales to be the face of its luxury tile, porcelain and lighting showroom. The role blends creative interior design expertise with full‑cycle sales ownership, guiding clients from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, conduct discovery conversations and present curated Italian and Spanish collections by design story rather than price.
• Translate client requirements into complete tile and porcelain concepts, preparing mood boards, 2D layouts and 3D visualisations.
• Own the sales cycle: produce quotations, negotiate within approved limits and close orders while meeting monthly targets.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and finance to ensure accurate delivery schedules and follow up on installation.
• Maintain CRM records, report on leads, conversions and lost‑sale reasons, and support showroom events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, including 1–2 years in a client‑facing sales or showroom role.
• Proven track record of converting design consultations into sales and meeting targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, and a valid Omani driving licence preferred.
