Investment Operations Manager – CEO Office

About the role

The Investment Operations Manager will serve as the CEO’s trusted right‑hand, coordinating investment, business, and strategic priorities for a private investment office in Muscat. This highly visible position ensures the CEO stays fully informed and that all initiatives progress smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive briefing notes, reports, and presentation materials for the CEO.
• Attend meetings on the CEO’s behalf, summarise discussions and define actionable follow‑ups.
• Track priorities, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with the investment team on live deals, portfolio updates, and ongoing initiatives.
• Consolidate and summarise investment reports, financial updates, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with lawyers, consultants, advisors, and external partners to manage communication flow.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and execution of agreed actions across stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of professional experience, preferably in family offices, private equity, asset management, investment banking, sovereign wealth funds, or similar structures.
• Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and business judgment.
• Ability to review and summarise investment‑related materials and understand financial statements.
