IT Engineer (IT Executive)

About the role

The IT Engineer will lead the delivery of second‑level support and infrastructure services across the region, ensuring high availability, security and performance of all IT systems. This role combines hands‑on technical work with project coordination and regional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage help‑desk operations and provide 2nd/3rd level support for servers, MPLS, Internet lease lines and network devices.
• Perform backup, restore, hardware troubleshooting, part replacement and patch management for operating systems and applications.
• Administer Office 365/Lotus Notes, Active Directory, UPS/inverters, EPABX, PRI lines and conferencing solutions.
• Support regional offices with LAN/WAN cabling, AD domain migrations and on‑site troubleshooting.
• Coordinate IT projects such as Siebel patch management, cloud/web solution deployments and integration of acquired companies.
• Maintain documentation, service level agreements and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking, system configuration and IT support for established organisations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; able to work under pressure and travel regularly within the region.
• Project management capability and willingness to engage with cross‑functional teams.
